Gleam Support Services offers a range of support services to people with disabilities in Newcastle, from Merewether Beach to Darby Street and everywhere in between. We can provide you with the following services:

It’s important to us that you feel comfortable and supported in your own home, so we also offer in-home domestic help services. This includes help with cooking, cleaning, gardening, and anything else you might need assistance with. We can also provide you with NDIS assistance if you need help accessing services or understanding your plan.

Day Programs

Meet new friends and participate in a variety of activities with Gleam Support Services’ day programs in Newcastle. Our programs are designed to promote socialisation, independence and life skills development.

Community Access

Gleam Support Services provides community access services to help clients get out and about in Newcastle’s community. We can assist with planning and support to ensure outings are enjoyable and safe.

SIL Accommodation

What types of supports does the NDIS cover?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) covers a range of supports that can assist people with a disability to live independently. These supports can be grouped into four main categories:
